Rescheduling

If you cannot attend, tell us at least 12 hours before your slot and we will reschedule at no extra cost.

Cancellations by you

If you cancel before your consultation has started, you are entitled to a full refund. Please message us on WhatsApp or email us to cancel.

Cancellations by us

If we have to cancel, you may choose a new slot or a full refund.

After a consultation

Once a consultation has been delivered, the fee is not refundable, because the time and analysis have already been provided.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
